Once your items are ordered, you will receive an email to confirm your order. When your order will be place you will receive a 2^nd email with your tracking number.

Free shipping for all orders over 300€ in France only.

Ekivoc processes orders in Paris from Monday to Friday within 3 to 5 following your order by Chronopost.

All deliveries to Europe are exempted from import duties and taxes. For orders out of Europe, customers will be charged for duties & taxes.

All the shipment are made by Chronopost. Ekivoc declines all responsabilities once your package are entrsuted to the transporter.

• Europe : approximately 4-10 working days
• Rest of the world : approximately 4-10 working days

The delivery date of your order may vary depending on the carrier’s shipping practices and the delivery location.
