We accept return, exchange & refund within 15 days after receiving your items.

RETURN :

We accept returns within 15 days once your items are delivered.

Please note that to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it, with the original packaging.

Please be advised that you will be charged for return shipping costs.

To return an item please contact us to : contact@ekivoc-paris.com with your order number. We will indicate you where to ship back your items.

Once it is validated, you have to inform us that you well return the items with the tracking number.

REFUND :

To be eligible for a refund you have to return your items in the perfect original conditions within the next 15 days after the delivery.

Once we received the item, we will examine the product and inform you by email if you are eligible for a refund. If yes, you will receive your refund within the next 10 days.

EXCHANGE :

To exchange a product, the item has to be unworn and in the exact conditions as you received it.

If you notice any problem on the product or about the size, please inform us directly once you received it to : contact@ekivoc-paris.com

Once we receive the item, we will examine it and proceeds to an exchange if the product is still available in your size. If not, you will receive a refund.
