Where do your fabrics and trimmings come from ?
All our fabrics and trimmings come from Europe and especially from France and Italy.
We strongly believe in the european savoir-faire and prioritize a short circuit of production in order to reduce as much as possible our environemental impact.
What about the size & the care instructions ?
On each product description you can find the size chart with the valuable measures.
We also indicate the model measurement.
All the care instructions are on the label on each product and on the product description on our website. Please follow them carefully.
What is the current status of my order ?
You will receive an automatic email once your order is complete and sent.
What about the delivery instructions ?
Once your items are ordered, you will receive an email to confirm your order. When your order will be place you will receive a 2nd email with your tracking number.
Free shipping for all orders over 300€ in France only.
Ekivoc processes orders in Paris from Monday to Friday within 3 to 5 following your order by Chronopost.
All deliveries to Europe are exempted from import duties and taxes. For orders out of Europe, customers will be charged for duties & taxes.
All the shipment are made by Chronopost. Ekivoc declines all responsabilities once your package are entrsuted to the transporter.

How to return a product ?
We accept returns within 15 days once your items are delivered.
Please note that to be returned, your item must be unused and in the same conditions that you received it, with the original packaging.
Please be advised that you will be charged for return shipping costs.
To return an item please contact us to : firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will indicate you where to ship back your items.
Once it is validated, you have to inform us that you well return the items with the tracking number.
How do I get my refund ?

To be eligible for a refund you have to return your items in the perfect original conditions within the next 15 days after the delivery.
Once we received the item, we will examine the product and inform you by email if you are eligible for a refund. If yes, you will receive your refund within the next 10 days.
